We only collect information that is needed to answer an enquiry, arrange a conversation or run the website.

  • Business details such as company name, website or LinkedIn page, approximate team size and the systems or channels you use.
  • Enquiry content — what you tell us about your business and what you would like to improve.
  • Technical and usage information from your visit, where you have allowed analytics cookies.

Information submitted through forms

Our qualification form asks for your name, work email, company name, company website or LinkedIn page, a short description of what your company does, the service you are interested in and what you would most like to improve. Some optional fields are also offered.

We ask you not to include passwords, confidential customer data or sensitive personal information in any free-text field. If sensitive information is submitted by mistake, contact us and we will remove it.

Booking information

When you choose a time in our shared booking calendar, the booking provider processes your name, email address, the selected time and any details you add to the invitation. The service you selected is passed to the booking platform so the relevant Paradigia team members are invited.

Website and analytics data

With your consent we use analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. This may include pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referral source.
